[Cancellation/Change Policies]
After confirm your booking, you can cancel and/or change booking anytime until below period, by paying handling charge JPY 2000/ sector. If there is difference, we will adjust it.
20% charge: Cancellation made 10 days before the service (20 days during peak periods).
50% charge: Cancellation made 5 days before the service (10 days during peak periods).
100% charge: Cancellation made after 5:00pm, Japan time, 3 days prior to the service.
* Change : if same routing and made change more than 10 days before service, 1st time change won't be charged. But it is subject to availability. If cannot change, you can cancel by paying above cost.
[Important Notice]
At the airport, our driver will wait for you in the Arrival area for a maximum of 90 minutes (International) or 45 minutes (Domestic) from the actual arrival time of your flight, as reported by New Chitose Airport authorities. If you encounter any difficulties meeting within that time, please call us to avoid cancellation.
When departing from locations other than the airport, please wait in the lobby or at the assigned meeting point. If we need to wait more than 15 minutes, a waiting charge may apply, and we might cancel the service without a refund if we cannot contact you.
[Payment Charge by credit card via PayPal]
The PayPal handling charge is 4% in usual. If you book & pay more than 3 days before first service, the charge will be shared by us (2%) and by you (2%).

A JPY 5500 fee per sector will be charged for cancellations or changes made after payment until below period.
20% charge: Cancellation made 21 days before the service.
50% charge: Cancellation made 14 days before the service.
100% charge: Cancellation made after 5:00 PM Japan time of 7 days prior to the service.
*Regarding "Change", it is subject to availability. If cannot change, you can cancel by paying above cost.
